Log Home Packages
1. Land plus Logs. This log home package consists of the log-wall material to build an approximate 2000 square foot log home. Situated on any Lot plus a $20,000 proof of purchase voucher for Logs. Advertised for $89,900 on a discounted $69,900 Lakeview lot.
- This voucher entitles the bearer the opportunity to purchase a $20,000 log package* from Builder (a $30,000 value). If the bearer chooses a package valued greater than $30,000, this voucher entitles the bearer to $10,000 off their total purchase. The log package must be purchased from the Builder. Tennessee Land & Lakes is only responsible for the sale of the land. Voucher expires one year from purchase date.
2. Land plus Dry-in Shell. This log home package includes the above log wall material & labor to build an approximate 2000 square foot log home. Situated on any Lot plus a $110,000 proof of purchase voucher plus below: Advertised for $149,900 on a discounted $39,900 lot.
- This voucher entitles the bearer the opportunity to purchase a $110,000 log package* which includes logs and dry-in shell material & labor for an approximate 1800-2000sf Log Home from the Builder (a $130,000 value). If the bearer chooses a package valued greater than $130,000, this voucher entitles the bearer to $20,000 off their total Log Home Package purchase. The log package must be purchased from the Builder. Tennessee Land & Lakes is only responsible for the sale of the land. Voucher expires one year from purchase date.

3. Land Plus Turn Key Log Home. The total cost to build a log home varies tremendously depending on the interior finish of the home. Generally speaking, to build a log home from start to finish will average $165.00 to $185.00 per square foot. Many factors come into play with these numbers such as wood interior wall coverings, stone foundation and fireplaces, basement, wood floors and cabinets, excavation and site prep, etc.
As you can see, the savings can add up if you step into a Home Package, usually enough to pay for the dream kitchen in your new dream home, when you're ready. The choice is yours. The dream is in reach. The supply on Log Homes is NOT limited, but the Perfect Land to build on is.
