State Senate candidate Becky Ruppe to host fundraiser at Grande Vista Bay

Rockwood, Tennessee, June 28

Grande Vista Bay is rolling out the red carpet for a very prestigious guest list. Becky Ruppe, mayor of Morgan County and candidate for Tennessee’s State Senate, will be hosting a fundraiser at Grande Vista Bay’s brand new clubhouse, and some of the biggest names in Tennessee politics will be attending. The most honorable Governor Phil Bredesen has been invited, and confirmed guests include Congressman Lincoln Davis, State Senate Minority Leader Jim Kyle, and Senator Joe Haynes, Chairman of the Democratic Caucus. Also invited are State Senators Andy Berke, Charlotte Burks, Lowe Finney, Thelma Harper, Roy Herron, Tommy Kilby and Rosalind Krita. Various local and regional elected officials have also been invited including Representatives Dennis Ferguson, John Mark Windle, Les Winningham, and the Democratic Parties of Campbell, Morgan, Rhea, and Roane county.

The site of the fundraiser was built by none other than her brother, Gene Jones. Ruppe states, "It’s a beautiful clubhouse, something to be proud of." Ruppe also stated that Grande Vista Bay can be found at the heart of Roane county, the largest of the counties that she is campaigning in, making it the perfect location for the fundraiser. With state of the art audio-visual equipment, a full service kitchen, stone patio, grills, decks, and a pool, the clubhouse is a beautiful spot to host any event.

Grande Vista Bay was not only chosen for its clubhouse, but also for its incredible natural beauty. Grande Vista Bay is a private gated community within a half hour's drive of Knoxville, with seven miles of lakefront property on beautiful Watts Bar Lake. The property consists of 1,200 acres of rolling woodland and lush grassy meadows as well as a wildlife preserve, and a first class equestrian facility. Grande Vista Bay offers a unique opportunity at affordable, lakeside property ownership in Tennessee.

Tickets to the event cost $250 per person or couple and the event will begin at 6:30pm on June 28. For more information about the event contact Ashley at Ashley@beckyruppe.com or call 1-865-882-0082. For more information about the property at Grande Vista Bay, call 866-525-3748

New Click to Chat Feature for Grande Vista Bay
Rockwood, TN ~ January 31, 2008

Tennessee Land & Lakes has implemented its new Click to Chat feature for Grande Vista Bay. By going to its website, customers can now chat with one of Tennessee Land & Lakes’ friendly and knowledgeable sales staff without ever leaving their computer. This new feature allows questions to be answered immediately without the typical delays of email or time consuming phone calls. Another added benefit of the Click to Chat option is that a full transcript of the chat can be emailed directly to you, meaning there is no longer any need to jot down notes that are illegible later on or worry about forgetting an important piece of the conversation. Click to Chat is truly another example of the dedication to customer service which is prevalent at Tennessee Land & Lakes.

Grande Vista Bay, a gated community southwest of Knoxville, sits on 1200 acres of beautiful forests and rolling fields with seven miles of shoreline along pristine Watts Bar Lake. Residents of this stunning community enjoy all the modern amenities, including paved roads and underground utilities like: natural gas, central water, cable TV, high speed internet, and sewer service. In addition, a beautiful new club house has just opened with modern banquet services and amenities. This new clubhouse, Club Grande, offers an immense kitchen, large screen TV, stone patio, grills, decks, pool and bathhouse combined with inspiring architecture and memorable views.

Grande Vista Bay offers a unique opportunity at affordable, lakeside property ownership in Tennessee. Priced far below comparable lots, these sites are selling quickly. There is no substitute for looking at this gorgeous development, but there may be some questions that need to be answered first. The new Click to Chat feature on the Grande Vista Bay website allows those questions to be answered instantly, with no hassle or pressure.
